I offer one-on-one nutrition consulting using the Nutritional Therapy framework. Our work together starts with a comprehensive intake process that looks at your symptoms, history, food patterns, and lifestyle. From there, I create a personalized plan focused on whole food nutrition, targeted supplementation (if needed), and realistic lifestyle shifts.

 

I don't just hand you a protocol- I guide you in understanding the why behind the recommendations, so you can feel confident navigating your own health. Our sessions are collaborative, judgment-free, and rooted in education and empowerment.
